Hermes VPS is a personal tool with exactly one user: its owner, Daniel Chandler. It is not offered to anyone else.
With the owner's consent, it reads and acts on his own Google account data: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and a read-only view of Contacts. It uses that data only to prepare briefs, reminders and drafts for him.
Data is processed on the owner's private server and the AI model providers he has chosen to run his assistant. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than serving the owner.
Hermes VPS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke access at any time from his Google account's security settings (Third-party apps with account access).
